Tekla is pleased to offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange, products must be new, unused, and include their original tags and packaging.
Using the Return and exchange portal
To organise your exchange, please follow the online instructions in the return and exchange portal. Once your exchange has been created in the portal, you will receive a prepaid return label via email, as return labels are not included with your order.
Gift sets
Gift sets must be exchanged in their entirety and their original packaging.
Processing time
Once your return parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, we aim to process the return within 2 business days. The new product(s) will be shipped once the return has been processed.
In-store exchanges
Online purchases can also be exchanged at our Tekla Copenhagen and Tekla Marylebone stores. More information can be found here: In-store returns
