In-store returns

Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at our Tekla Copenhagen and Tekla Marylebone stores. Please note that returns and exchanges can only be processed in the country where the purchase was made.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you would like to return a gift in-store, we can provide a gift card of the same value.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, boxers purchased online can only be returned or exchanged in store if their original packaging is unopened.

Denmark

For orders placed in Denmark, you can also process your return in our Copenhagen store at Vognmagergade 7. Opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your 6-digit Tekla order number in order for us to process the return.

For orders placed in the UK, you can also process your return in our London store at 10 Marylebone High St. Opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your 6-digit Tekla order number in order for us to process the return.
