How to return my order?

We are pleased to assist with any returns, granted it is no later than 30 days from the day you received your parcel and that the products are in new, unused condition, with their original tags and packaging.


Please follow online guidance in the return portal to proceed with your return and purchase a return label, as return labels are not included as a part of the order. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund.
Please type in the email address using all lowercase letters. 

 

You are also welcome to send the items directly back to us using your preferred carrier. Please select a home delivery option and ensure you obtain a receipt for the return shipment that includes a tracking number. Make sure to include the return invoice received upon registering the return in our return portal in the parcel. The parcel should be sent to our warehouse at the following address:

Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse. 

Once your return parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, we aim to process the return within 2 business days. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

 

For orders placed in Denmark, you can also process your return in our store at Vognmagergade 7. Opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your 6-digit Tekla order number in order for us to process the return.

For orders placed in the UK, you can also process your return in our store at 10 Marylebone High St, London. Opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your 6-digit Tekla order number in order for us to process the return.
