Tekla is happy to accept returns no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Products should be returned new, unused and with their original tags and packaging.
Using the Return and exchange portal
To organise your return, please follow the online instructions in the return and exchange portal. Once your return has been created in the portal, you will receive a prepaid return label via email, as return labels are not included with your order.
If returning the product(s) for a refund, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. The exact cost can be found here.
Gift sets
Gift sets must be returned in their entirety and their original packaging.
Arranging your own return shipment
If you choose not to use our provided return label, you may send the items back directly using your preferred carrier. More information can be found here: How to arrange a self return?
Please note that the products are your liability until they are safely received back at our warehouse.
Return processing and refund timing
Once your return parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, we aim to process the return within 2 business days. The refund will then be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
