My return has not been delivered to the warehouse yet
Return processing times depend on your location and the shipping method used.
You can track your return shipping using the tracking number on the return label.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we aim to process it within 2-3 business days. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation from us, and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
