Missing order confirmation

If an order was placed but no order confirmation email has been received within a few minutes, the following may be helpful:

After completing checkout, a confirmation page with an order number should appear. If that page was shown, the order likely went through. In some cases, the confirmation email may have ended up in the spam or promotions folder, so please check there.
It is also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly, preventing the email from being delivered. In that case, please contact our customer care team.

If the confirmation page did not load or appeared blank, the order may not have been completed.

To help us investigate, it’s useful to include the following when reaching out:
– Whether the confirmation page appeared
– The name and email address used at checkout
– The approximate time of the order
