Wrong or missing item

If you’ve received the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please contact our customer care team. If items are missing, it’s important to inform us if the parcel shows any signs of damage or appears to have been opened during shipping. Should a return be required, we will provide a prepaid return label, and there will be no cost to you.
