Can I cancel my order?

Our customer care team can assist with cancelling your order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. While we will strive to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations. Once dispatched, no further changes can be made, and exchanges must be processed after delivery.

For assistance, please reach out to us via chat or email at customercare@teklafabrics.com. Please attach your order number or order confirmation in your email. Our customer care opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9am- 5pm (CET).

If you have an account on teklafabrics.com, you can also cancel your order under My orders, provided that it has not yet been dispatched.
