Tekla gladly accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt. To arrange an exchange, please send us an email at customercare@teklafabrics.com , and we will be happy to assist.
Products should be returned new, unused and with all Tekla tags.
Gift sets must be returned or exchanged in their entirety and their original packaging. It is not possible to return or exchange individual products within a gift set.
The new products will be shipped once the return has been processed and the exchange confirmation has been completed.
For orders placed in Denmark, we also offer exchanges in our store at Vognmagergade 7, 1120 Copenhagen. Opening hours can be found on the Copenhagen store page.
For orders placed in the UK, we also offer exchanges in our store at 10 Marylebone High St, London, W1U 4BT. Opening hours can be found on the London store page.
