Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your parcel’s progress. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate. 

 

Our estimated delivery times:

– Denmark: 1–2 business days
– EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland: 2–3 business days
– US and Canada: 3–5 business days
– Japan and South Korea: 3–5 business days
– Rest of world: 5–7 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary. Additionally, shipping times are based on when your order leaves our warehouse, rather than the time it was placed.

 

If you have an account within teklafabrics.com, you will be able to find tracking numbers for each order that has been shipped under the 'Order history' section.

 

If you encounter any delivery issues or delays during shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to help expedite the process.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the carrier within 7 days of the stated delivery date. Carriers have a limited timeframe for investigating delivery disputes, and we are unable to assist with claims submitted after this period.
