Online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Brøndby, Denmark.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours. However, due to a high volume of orders, dispatch times are currently extended to approximately 2–3 business days. Our team is working as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, from 8am to 2pm CET. Orders placed after 2pm CET on Fridays, during weekends, or on Danish public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note:
– We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
– The country selected at checkout must match the delivery address.
– The country code in the phone number must match the country the order is being shipped to.
– Orders with mismatched or incomplete address information may be cancelled.
