Once an Archive order has been placed, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the products in the order. This includes changing the size, colour, quantity, or swapping an item for another product.
If you need to make a change, we may be able to assist with cancelling the order instead, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.
