We are happy to assist you with an exchange of your items, up until 30 days after the order was delivered.
Please follow online guidance in the return and exchange portal to receive a prepaid return label.
Please note that you need the order number, postal code and email address for the original order to create the exchange on our return and exchange.
The new products will be shipped once the return has been processed at our warehouse.
Please note that we can only ship the new items to the same country as the original order.

For orders placed in the UK, we also offer exchanges in our store at 10 Marylebone High St, London. Opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your 6-digit Tekla order number in order for us to process the return.
Products should be returned new, unused and with their original tags and packaging.
